This session will focus on the treatment of patients with terminal cancer and active opiate addiction.  We will review common pitfalls clinicians can fall into when assessing and treating pain, highlight the importance of engaging the interdisciplinary team, review from an addiction specialist strategies to treat these complicated patients.
