The Year of the Scientist: Balancing Health & Science

Target Audience: All basic scientists with a Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., MPH, MSCI, and all post-doctoral fellows involved in research (bench and/or clinical)

Target Departments: biochemistry, biomedical informatics, biostatistics, cancer biology, cell and developmental biology, health policy, hearing and speech sciences, molecular physiology and biophysics, pathology, microbiology and immunology, and pharmacology

Goal: To provide education and training on topics selected by scientists at VUSM and VUMC.

General Description: A total of 13 interactive, 1-hour lecture-discussions and workshops in 2016-17. Noon session dates and locations to be announced in MyVUMC, MyVU, the EDC Newsletter, and on this webpage.
