What is your policy for billing times that are slightly over the amount of time that was originally scheduled?

     We are very understanding and forgiving for times that go over and under.  You will be billed for the amount of time you sign for unless you go significantly over your time.  Five to 10 minutes over your original time is not a big deal unless you have someone scheduled immediately following you(which is usually the case).  This is based on a case by case basis but we'll be understanding for occasional issues that come up regarding this.
