Our Purpose:

  • Develop and evaluate programs and services based on the identified work/life balance needs of nurses.
  • Advocate for the health and wellness of nurses.
  • Serve in an advisory capacity to the Nurse Wellness Program (NWP) and other work/life balance initiatives.
